ASB 19914 - Update of 20th March 2022 1830, 19th March - Found letter to Mr Philip Bradley from DMBC (Mr Phil Bertie - Housing Manager) stuck to door, with an empty black 'dog-bag'. Bradley has penned on the letter: "Which your Back I allways pick up from my Dog" [sic].   1835 - 'Ken' comes up stairs and is admitted by Carole, who suggested that I am treating my neighbours inappropriately.   1855 - Colin Smart bangs on door, possibly kicking-it, saying I have been offensive to Carole and he wants to speak to me; I said he could ask questions through the door as it was not a good idea to converse on the landing - he might indulge another assault; Carole joined in with the suggestion I was an "arsehole" - I said I don't do sodomy - police called.   1910 - PC Patel rang saying response team would be with me later - he suggested Smart was indulging in violent disorder.   1920 - PC Patel arrives with AN Other. Gave story as with last occurrence of this madness! Suggested that the 'terrible trio' (one at 157 plus two at 161) were acting 'in concert'. Also reminded Police Team that I had not complained about Bradley failing to pick-up, though his dog's urine has undoubtedly damaged the communal front lawn. Bradley's first three words ("Watch your back") represent more threatening behaviour.   Message sent via social media to M Bradley, 0939 20th March 2022:   If this is the occupant of 157 High Street, regarding a message on my door of yesterday, I do not recall complaining personally about a failure to retrieve your dog's excrement - the dog's urine has, however, caused damage to the communal front lawn; do consider some form of mediation to resolve this dispute. DA.   Additional note regarding contents of letter from M Bertie to M Bradley:   The letter states that "dogs are permitted as pets within DMBC flats"; this is not the case as new tenants within high-rise flats, according to a recent missive, cannot keep dogs - my own 'suite of apartments' also has a common access, so dogs should not be kept, and, of course, there is no private place where the dogs may be toileted (apart from the use of a dog-tray indoors).
